Complimentary In-Office Consultations

We can't wait to meet you! Dr. Diane and her team look forward to providing you the most comprehensive and educational exam. Please plan to be with us for an hour. Additional time can be reserved to begin your treatment as well - just let us know!

Arrive & Get Settled

It is a good idea to arrive about 10 minutes early to get settled, brush your teeth, and complete the paperwork if you did not get a chance to do so online. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a friendly face at our reception desk.

Please make yourself at home in our comfortable reception area, enjoy some refreshments, read a few magazines and even try to achieve a high score on our mini-arcade machines.

Diagnostic Records & Evaluation

Your next step will be to complete digital records for Dr. Diane to analyze.

These include imaging of your face and teeth, a digital model of your teeth, and orthodontic X-rays (panoramic film and a growth film called a lateral cephalometric).

These are complimentary and required to the diagnostic process.

Customized Treatment Plan

We love this part of the visit!

Dr. Diane will do a thorough exam, which will be documented in a letter for you (that you can understand!) and your dentist (that they can understand!).

We will share the imaging and X-ray results with you and your dentist. If referrals are made, our Treatment Coordinator, will assist will this as well. We want you to know we've got you, and your role in this process is to make sure you understand the benefits of treatment and to ask your questions. We understand that this can be intimidating, especially if this is your first experience in orthodontics.

If treatment is recommended, our Treatment Coordinator will work with you to develop a payment plan that works for you. By this point, we will have researched any benefits you have and incorporated those into your discussion. We aim to make orthodontic treatment affordable by offering customized, no-interest, in-office financing plans.

Next Steps

Let's get started! We want to respect your time.

You may have already reserved time after your exam to get started – this can be as simple as completing the scan to order your appliance or Invisalign. Or, you've scheduled time to get your braces on.

If you haven't, we can help you find a time that works for your schedule. Be prepared to schedule a few adjustment appointments as well. This is Dr. Diane's way of letting you know that she's committed to your progress and helping to get one step closer to your end goals!

We are here every step of the way to assist with questions and any issues which may arise. Simply call, text or email us. Let the journey begin!
